A2000 is a warehouse management system (WMS) developed by GCS that provides
inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment capabilities for
e-commerce businesses.
A2000 has built a native integration with Redo directly into the A2000 package.
This integration is managed within A2000 itself.The integration connects Redo and A2000 through two key touchpoints:RMA Import When a customer initiates a return through Redo, the RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) is automatically imported into A2000, notifying the
warehouse that items are being returned.RMA Receipt Export When returned items are received and processed in your
A2000 warehouse, A2000 exports the receipt confirmation back to Redo, which
automatically triggers the appropriate return outcome—whether that’s a refund,
exchange, or store credit.This eliminates manual data entry between systems and keeps your warehouse team
and customer service team in sync.
