TryNow is a try-before-you-buy platform for Shopify. It allows customers to
order products without being charged upfront — they try items at home and are
only charged for what they keep after a trial period.
Redo detects when an item was purchased through TryNow and the customer hasn’t
been charged for it yet. In that case, Redo skips issuing a refund and instead
notifies TryNow not to charge the customer for the returned item.This prevents double credits — if the customer was never charged, there’s nothing
to refund.
