What is Refundid?

Refundid is a returns service that provides customers with instant refunds or exchanges — customers receive their funds before shipping items back. Shoppers create a Refundid account, initiate a return through their dashboard, and receive their refund within seconds.

What Does the Integration Do?

The integration prevents duplicate returns across Redo and Refundid:
  • If an item has already been returned through Refundid, Redo will not allow it to be returned again in the Redo portal.
  • During processing, Redo checks whether the item was returned in Refundid and skips processing if so.
This protects against scenarios where a return is processed in Redo first and the customer then submits the same return in Refundid (or vice versa).
