What is BigCommerce?

BigCommerce is a leading SaaS ecommerce platform that provides enterprise-grade features for businesses of all sizes. Known for its robust built-in features, flexibility, and scalability, BigCommerce powers online stores across various industries, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Primary Purpose: BigCommerce delivers comprehensive ecommerce functionality including catalog management, multi-channel selling, advanced SEO capabilities, and enterprise-level performance without platform fees or revenue sharing.

What Does the Integration Do?

The BigCommerce integration connects your store directly to Redo’s return management system, enabling automatic synchronization of orders, products, and customer data. When a customer initiates a return through Redo, all return information is tracked and can be synced back to BigCommerce for complete operational visibility. Orders and product data automatically sync from BigCommerce to Redo, including SKUs, variants, prices, and customer information. Returns are processed through Redo’s platform with the ability to trigger refunds in BigCommerce and update inventory levels. Return reasons, communications, and status updates are tracked for comprehensive reporting.
