Returns
A store-level checkout discount rule: when its conditions match the cart, its discount applies to the targeted delivery options. The first matching active rule wins.
Mutations
checkoutDiscountRuleSetActive
Turn a checkout discount rule on or off. A rule turned on is tried after every other active rule; reorder with checkoutDiscountRulesReorder. When discount rules are on, the store’s live checkout discount is updated right away. An id from another account, or one that does not exist, is null.
