## What is A2000?

A2000 is a warehouse management system (WMS) developed by GCS that provides
inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment capabilities for
e-commerce businesses.

## What Does the Integration Do?

A2000 has built a native integration with Redo directly into the A2000 package.
This integration is managed within A2000 itself.

The integration connects Redo and A2000 through two key touchpoints:

**RMA Import** When a customer initiates a return through Redo, the RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) is automatically imported into A2000, notifying the
warehouse that items are being returned.

**RMA Receipt Export** When returned items are received and processed in your
A2000 warehouse, A2000 exports the receipt confirmation back to Redo, which
automatically triggers the appropriate return outcome—whether that's a refund,
exchange, or store credit.

This eliminates manual data entry between systems and keeps your warehouse team
and customer service team in sync.

## How to Set It Up
