# SupportShiftStatusReason

> Which layer of an agent's schedule decided their shift status.

| Value | Description |
| - | - |
| `DATE_OVERRIDE` | A date override decides today. |
| `MANUAL_OVERRIDE` | A manual override is in effect. |
| `NO_SCHEDULE` | No schedule is on, so the agent is always on shift. |
| `OUTSIDE_HOURS` | Now falls outside today's weekly hours. |
| `WITHIN_HOURS` | Now falls inside today's weekly hours. |
