# SupportShiftOverride

> An agent's manual on or off shift toggle.

**expiresAt** `[DateTime!](/docs/api-reference/v3/reference/common/date-time)` *required*

When the override ends and the schedule takes over again. The server sets it.

**onShift** `Boolean!` *required*

True when the agent forced themselves on shift, false when off.
