# ReturnLabelPayerReason

> Why the return label fell to that payer.

| Value | Description |
| - | - |
| `MERCHANT_DAMAGED_OR_WRONG_PRODUCT` | The merchant pays because the item arrived damaged or wrong. |
| `MERCHANT_RECYCLING_SETTING` | The merchant pays under the recycling setting. |
| `MERCHANT_SAFETY_NET` | The merchant pays under the safety-net setting. |
| `REDO_ORDER_HAS_FINAL_SALE_PROTECTION` | The order carried Redo final-sale returns coverage. |
| `REDO_ORDER_HAS_RETURNS_COVERAGE` | The order carried Redo returns coverage. |
| `REDO_ORDER_HAS_WARRANTY_COVERAGE` | The order carried Redo warranty coverage. |
| `REDO_PAYS_ALL_LABELS` | The merchant's plan has Redo paying for every label. |
| `REDO_RECYCLING_SETTING` | Redo covers the label under the recycling setting. |
| `SHOPPER_RECYCLING_SETTING` | The shopper pays under the recycling setting. |
| `SHOPPER_UNCOVERED` | The shopper pays because the order carried no coverage. |
