# ReturnAction

> An action a merchant takes on a return.

| Value | Description |
| - | - |
| `ADD_TAG` | Add a tag to a return. |
| `APPROVE` | Approve a return that is waiting for review. |
| `CLOSE` | Close a return without processing it. |
| `FLAG` | Flag a return for attention. |
| `PROCESS` | Process a return, issuing its refund or exchange. |
| `REJECT` | Reject a return. |
| `RESET` | Reset a return so the customer can start it again. |
| `UNFLAG` | Remove a return's flag. |
