# MarketingAutomationStepKind

> The stored step type of a marketing automation node. UNKNOWN is any type this API version does not model field-by-field, including recover.

| `AB_TEST` | A weighted split. |
| `CONDITION` | A true/false branch. |
| `END` | A terminal end node. |
| `MANAGE_CUSTOMER_TAGS` | Add or remove customer tags. |
| `MANAGE_STATIC_SEGMENT` | Add or remove a customer from a static segment. |
| `SEND_EMAIL` | Send an email template. |
| `SEND_SMS` | Send an SMS template. |
| `SEND_WEBHOOK` | Send an HTTP webhook. |
| `START_AGENT_CONVERSATION` | Start a Commerce Agent conversation with the customer. |
| `TRIGGER` | The flow's single trigger. |
