# CreateSmsTemplateInput

> Fields for a new SMS template. `trigger` is required and immutable after create.

<ResponseField name="autoShortenLinks" type="Boolean">
  Whether links in the body are shortened. Defaults to true.

  The SMS body as authored. May be empty.
</ResponseField>

<ResponseField name="imageUrls" type="[String!]">
  HTTPS image URLs sent with the message as MMS, at most 2. Upload a file with `uploadMarketingImage` (channel SMS) to get one that fits carrier limits.

  The merchant-facing name of the template.
</ResponseField>

  The trigger context this template is valid for. Required at create; cannot be changed later.
