# deleteCalendarEvent

> Delete a calendar event. Returns true if an owned event was deleted, false if none matched. An event Redo found on the brand's homepage is dismissed rather than erased, so Redo does not add it again; either way it stops appearing.

## Arguments

<ResponseField name="id" type="ID!" required>
  The event's `id`.
</ResponseField>

## Returns

<ResponseField name="deleteCalendarEvent" type="Boolean!" required />

## Example

```graphql theme={null}
mutation {
  deleteCalendarEvent(id: "...")
}
```
