# CommerceAgentConversationSortKey

> A field `commerceAgentConversations` can be ordered by; pair with `reverse` to flip direction. Conversations missing the value sort last either way.

| Value | Description |
| - | - |
| `CREATED_AT` | Sort by when the conversation started. |
| `LAST_CUSTOMER_MESSAGE_AT` | Sort by the shopper's latest message. |
| `LAST_MERCHANT_MESSAGE_AT` | Sort by the latest message from Commerce Agent or the team. |
| `LAST_RESPONSE_AT` | Sort by the latest message from either side. |
