# CommerceAgentChannel

> The channel a Commerce Agent conversation takes place on.

| Value | Description |
| - | - |
| `CUSTOM_EMAIL` | Email through the store's own mail server. |
| `FACEBOOK_DM` | Facebook Messenger direct message. |
| `GMAIL` | Email through Gmail. |
| `INSTAGRAM_DM` | Instagram direct message. |
| `OUTLOOK` | Email through Outlook. |
| `SES` | Email sent by Redo. |
| `SMS` | Text message. |
| `TIKTOK` | TikTok direct message. |
