# postPurchaseProviderStatus

> Whether Redo is the store's post-purchase app, asked of Shopify. POST_PURCHASE_PROVIDER_UNAVAILABLE (502) when Shopify doesn't answer: try again shortly.

**Required scopes:** [`checkout_read`](https://developers.redo.com/docs/api-reference/v3/reference/scopes#scope-checkout_read)

## Returns

**postPurchaseProviderStatus** `[PostPurchaseProviderStatus!](/docs/api-reference/v3/reference/checkout/post-purchase-provider-status)` *required*

Whether post-purchase upsells can reach shoppers.

**fields**

**locked** `Boolean!` *required*

Whether post-purchase is locked for the store, which refuses writes.

**redoIsProvider** `Boolean!` *required*

Whether Redo is the store's post-purchase app, a Shopify setting that can't be changed here. Without it, no upsell page shows. False without a Shopify integration.
