# checkoutWidgetDelete

> Permanently delete a checkout widget. A widget that is global or used by an experience fails with CHECKOUT_WIDGET_IN_USE (409): turn it off or unassign it first. An id from another account, or one that does not exist, returns false.

## Arguments

**input** `[CheckoutWidgetDeleteInput!](/docs/api-reference/v3/reference/checkout/checkout-widget-delete-input)` *required*

The widget to delete.

**fields**

**id** `ID!` *required*

The widget's id.

## Returns

**checkoutWidgetDelete** `Boolean!` *required*
