# CheckoutTreePublishStatus

> What `checkoutTreePublish` did.

| Value | Description |
| - | - |
| `INVALID` | Nothing changed: fix the problems in `diagnostics` (save a new tree), or give the missing `splitConclusions`. |
| `NEEDS_ACKNOWLEDGEMENT` | Nothing changed. Read `risks` and call again with every risk `code` in `acknowledgedRisks`. |
| `PUBLISHED` | The tree is live. Check `synced`: false means Shopify didn't take the new config; publish the same tree again to retry. |
| `STALE` | Nothing changed: a tree was published since `expectedRevision`. Review the live tree, then use the new `revision`. |
