# WorkspaceCommitStatus

> What a commit did.

| Value | Description |
| - | - |
| `COMMITTED` | Saved. The workspace stays open, based on what was saved. |
| `INVALID` | Nothing saved: fix the ERROR diagnostics and commit again. |
| `STALE` | Nothing saved: the resource changed since the workspace started. Start a new workspace and redo your edits. |
