# AutomationRunStatus

> Where a run is in its lifecycle.

| Value | Description |
| - | - |
| `CANCELLED` | Stopped before finishing. |
| `COMPLETED` | Finished every step. |
| `FAILED` | Stopped on an error; see `failure`. |
| `REJECTED` | The trigger fired but the automation declined to run. |
| `RUNNING` | Executing steps now. |
| `WAITING` | Paused on a delay or an event; resumes on its own. |
